RUNNING WORKSHOP
STRONGER, FASTER, LIGHTER

This is a practical workshop where you’ll be learning skills & techniques to improve your running & have the opportunity to implement them straight away.
WHAT WE'LL COVER...
Theory part:
✨A monthly outline of what a progressive program can look like to avoid overloading yourself & to keep your legs fresh!
✨The types of running sessions to include in your weekly/monthly plan to get faster & increase your endurance.
✨Trail running tactics, tips and must haves to feel confident on the trails.
✨Pre-During-Post race fuelling, hydration and recovery practices.
Practical part:
✨Warm ups that get you feeling activated & mobile.
✨Speed drills to help you feel faster & lighter.
✨Running gait (technique) feedback to improve your running efficiency.
✨An actual run to implement what you've just learnt and to FEEL the difference.
THIS IS FOR THOSE WHO:
✅ Currently run 10-50km events/training sessions.
✅ Want to go from 21km to 42/50km events.
✅ Are new to running on the trails and want to feel more confident.
✅ Keep getting knee, hip flexor, ankle or lower back niggles.
✅ Want to feel stronger, faster and lighter while running.
✅ Want to learn how to fuel, hydrate and recover well on race day.
✅ Are new-ish to running/inconsistent and want to get a great head start to your journey and make running more enjoyable.

Hi, I'm Jess
Your online Strength & Nutrition Coach. I’ve been in the health & fitness industry for 8+ years, have multiple qualifications in Personal Training, Nutrition and Life Coaching, have attended workshops in related areas and been guided by my own mentors and coaches.
What’s even more relevant to why I do what I do is my life experiences and the challenges I’ve been through and overcome personally. These have really contributed to the foundations of my work.
When it comes to running, I used to use it as a way to burn more calories and lose body fat rather than to increase my overall fitness. Until I started experiencing it in another way when I was convinced to do my first Half-Ironman.
Through this journey I realised how beneficial running was to my life...not just with my body goals but for my mental health and my confidence levels. After completing said Half-Ironman and realising how capable I was, I started challenging myself with other events such as half marathons, trail runs and obstacle course races.
Now, I want to share my knowledge and create a space where people can experience these incredible benefits, be supported and see what they're capable of too!
