Like...have a hot bod, run a half marathon, hike a mountain, race obstacle courses and whatever else catches your eye.
You want to feel stronger, fitter and capable to challenge yourself inside and outside the gym.
But now you've plateaued...
You're struggling to progress further with most of your goals.
You've tried changing up your schedule, pushing harder or eating even healthier but whatever you do nothing seems to budge.
Now you're getting tired, hangry AF, sick of being injured and starting to feel frustrated that all your hard efforts just aren't showing.

Why is this my mission?
There was a time in my journey where I was struggling to progress further with most of my training and physique goals. I tried everything I knew to change my results. I tried increasing the intensity and duration of my training sessions. I tried eating as “healthy” as possible and avoiding sugar. I tried being more disciplined, and drinking caffeine to pep me up. But it just got worse!! Eventually, I burnt out.
I finally put my ego to the side and hired a Strength coach who also helped me with nutrition. Within the first month, I felt SO much stronger than ever before. I was deadlifting way more, I learnt how to barbell back squat, and I was improving my pull up form. And my energy was insane! I started entering more events, and I learnt how to fuel for performance while also working on my physique goals.
This was truly a life changing experience for me and I want to share this with more ladies so that they can become their strongest, fittest and sexiest self too!
