MY COMMITMENT TO YOU
Session Commitments - Coach
- I commit to bring my very best to every running session.
- I will inquire about any injuries and let know you if it's a good idea to participate, however, I am not a medical professional and it is up to you to decide whether it's a good idea to participate.
- I will always take your name before we start running so that I know who is attending and who has arrived back after the run for safety reasons.
- If I feel the advice of a medical or other professional maybe of benefit to you I will refer you to one of my complimentary specialists.
WHAT I ASK OF YOU
Session Commitments - Participant
- Please arrive 5-10 minutes before the start time of the run. This is so that I can take your name, we can warm up and make sure you have the gear you need.
- Please make sure you have enough energy to participate in 30-45 minutes of exercise without getting dizzy, fatigued or tired. This may mean having a small snack 20-30 minutes before we start.
- Please show up on time. To participate in the run you must have completed the warm up for safety reasons. We will leave right on the dot of the start time.
- Please be respectful to everyone involved in the group and to pedestrians if/when we past them.
- Please do not bring/wear your ear/headphones, we are here to be social and need to be aware of our surroundings.
THE ADMIN
To make sure everyone is on the same page and knows exactly how Run Club works.
Booking sessions
- There is no need to book your space.
Payment
- Please make a bank transfer of $33 to Jessica L Wolter 38-9003-0321417-11 Ref: Your name.
Cancelling your membership
- The $33 is a one off admin fee that is non-refundable. Please utilise the trial period well to see if it will fit into your schedule and other commitments.
Liability and Exercise Waiver
1. I acknowledge that all exercise carries some level of risk and therefore I will not hold Jessica Wolter or the Jess Wolter Coaching business liable in the event of pain or injury resulting from a running session.
2. I acknowledge that Jessica Wolter is not a medical professional, and understand that her advice is not considered medical advice.
3. I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to assess my ability to complete the run session, assess my condition throughout the run, and let Jessica Wolter know if anything changes or if I need assistance or need to leave early.
4. I have read, understood and agree to the terms and commitments listed above.
