    MY COMMITMENT TO YOU

    Session Commitments - Trainer

    • I commit to bring my very best to every session.
    • I will inquire at the beginning of every session that you are up to good health and how your body has been feeling since your last session.
    • If I feel the advice of a medical or other professional may be of benefit or required for you to progress I will refer you to one of my complimentary specialists.
    • To minimise the risk of exceeding a mental or physical limit, I will check in throughout the session to see how movements are feeling for you.

    WHAT I ASK OF YOU

    Session Commitments - Client

    • I am committed to delivering my absolute best to you, I ask that you honour your investment in yourself and value my commitment by being as on-time, prepared and focused as possible.
    • At the beginning of each session I will ask that you take responsibility for responding and/or communicating honestly about the state of your health and fitness to participate in the session to the best of your ability.

    THE ADMIN

    This matters because along with training 1:1 clients, I also have my online Health & Confidence Coaching practice to run.

    This means I only have a select number of clients and availability. This is why I ask you to keep your commitment to yourself and your designated day(s) and time before we start training. Also, the notice required will allow enough time for me to reschedule sessions and replace any income loss if a session is cancelled.

    This commitment ensures we value our time and energy, it keeps us accountable to ourselves and our commitments, and to progress and achieve the results we’re aiming for.

    Rescheduling a session

      • To reschedule your sessions ongoing please email hello@jesswolter.com so I can find an alternative time that suits both of us.
      • To reschedule a singular session I ask that you text message me on 0225 402 902 at least 24 hours before your current scheduled session time.

    Cancelling a session

    • I ask that cancellations go through the same system (text me) at least 24 hours before the scheduled training time.
      • This is for 2 reasons:
        • So I can offer your place to someone else.
        • To minimise losses of time and money.
    • If I don’t receive 24 hours notice, depending on circumstances, a cancellation fee equal to the price of 1 x session may be incurred.
    • 2 weeks of consecutive cancellations with or without 24 hours notice, depending on circumstances, may incur a cancellation fee equal to the price of 1 x session and result in your designated day & time being forfeited.
    • 3 weeks of consecutive cancellations without getting in touch and sending me an email with dates of hold/suspension, with or without 48 hours notice, will incur a fee equal to price of 1 x session and, depending on circumstances, may result in your designated day & time being forfeited.
    • If 15 minutes into the designated training time you have not shown up or messaged me to say you're running late, I may leave the premises or consider the session as cancelled without notice and will incur a fee equal to the price of 1 x session.

    Direct Debit &/Or Training Agreement Suspension Request

      • In instances where you’ll be unable to train for an extended period of time, such as going on holiday, I ask for a minimum of 2 weeks notice. Please email me at hello@jesswolter.com.
      • If you’re away for longer than 2 weeks, depending on circumstances, I may not be able to reserve your dedicated day and time.
      • The more notice you give me the more chance I can arrange to keep that time reserved for when you return.

    Cancelling/Suspending your training agreement

      • I have what I believe is a very fair cancellation policy that allows you to cancel your training agreement with 2 weeks notice.
      • If I don’t receive 2 weeks notice, I may, depending on circumstances, charge a 2 week cancellation fee.

    As always, email me. We make all decisions on a case-by-case basis because...life!

    Liability and Training Waiver

    1. I acknowledge that all exercise carries some level of risk and therefore I will not hold Jessica Wolter or the Jess Wolter Coaching business liable in the event of pain or injury resulting from a training session.
    2. I acknowledge that Jessica Wolter is not a medical professional, and understand that her advice is not considered medical advice.
    3. I have read, understood and agree to the terms and commitments listed above.
